Ratchet & Clank (2002) PC port

About this port

MarcPique’s Windows variant of ReRAC, a Rust/Bevy native reimplementation of the original 2002 PlayStation 2 Ratchet & Clank. Adds an ISO-based installer and graphics/interface options. Requires the player’s own supported USA disc image; this is a separate project from upstream ReRAC and rac-rs.

Requirements

Windows x64. Own Ratchet & Clank (2002, PS2) USA NTSC-U v1.00 ISO, serial SCUS_971.99; the extractor checks the exact executable and extracted files. Download Instalar-Ratchet-Clank.exe, choose the ISO and a new or empty destination folder. About 6 GB free during installation. Rust and .NET 8 SDK are needed only for rebuilding the source.

Maintainer verified extraction, installation and startup, including French text; full-game completion and broad hardware compatibility have not been verified here. Only the exact USA build is supported. This variant documents Windows only; upstream ReRAC platform support does not establish support here. Optional DLSS5-Feeder integration needs internet and an RTX GPU, may request administrator access, and is tested only on RTX 4090. The repository includes game-logo/icon imagery and screenshots; the installer requires the player's own ISO for game content.
