Windows x64 static recompilation via ReXGlue

Requirements

Windows 10/11 x64 and own Naruto: The Broken Bond Xbox 360 ISO. Extract the v1.0 ZIP to a writable folder, place the ISO in assets or next to Naruto The Broken Bond PC.exe, and launch it. Source builds require the documented patched ReXGlue v0.10.0 SDK, LLVM/Clang, CMake, Ninja, Python and Windows SDK.

Sources

Menus, roaming and Story scenes retain the game's 30 FPS limit; fights have a 60 FPS cap. Virtual controller drivers may appear connected when unplugged. Keyboard player assignment can select a different save profile after restart; changing it back restores the prior profile. Saves/settings are beside the executable, so Program Files is unsuitable.
